Safety and Compliance
GMDSS Radio Surveys
Annual GMDSS Radio & AIS Surveys play a vital role in maintaining safety at sea. Surveys, inspections and checks reduce emergencies. And they help toward uninterrupted operational capacity.
Inspection of marine electronics equipment is a key service we provide. Rigorous and diligent surveys ensure a vessel's navigational safety and compliance.
Inspections carried out by C&T engineers are MCA authorised as Shore-based Maintainers. As we are by all major Classification Societies to carry out annual GMDSS radio surveys.
VDR Annual Performance Tests
We are also qualified in APT’s (Annual Performance Tests). That includes Furuno, JRC and Danelec VDR equipment. We are also qualified to carry out annual tests for AIS, SSAS and LRIT equipment.
